I absolutely loved the play on different level hemlines and the use of chiffon hangdowns extending from vests and jackets that create fun movement on the models.
The consistent use of vibrant crochet medallions appliqued on the collection was the main thread throughout. And if it wasn’t a crochet piece on the garment, it was incorporated into a an accessory such as a handbag, belt, or necklace.
Playful exaggerated hemlines extend from jackets and the fun “track jacket” look gets revamped.
More hem interest as well as the versatility of a crop jacket paired with either shorts or trousers for a full suit effect.
The drama of full length gowns in these gorgeous fabrications was breathtaking as well. The color choices for base fabrics ranged from core black and grey to muted earthen colors that looked feminine and glamourous with their subtle sheen.
Beautiful base colors of obsidian, maize, caramel, slate and jade look super luxe in these gorgeous fabrications
Stunningly modern with its clean lines and shapes, yet able to exude a feminine vibe and a fun hand crafted look with the use of vibrant details—the spring collection will be something fun to look forward to once Spring 2018 rolls around and we’re all searching for the next great look to wear.
I appreciate the sensibility of the modern separates that can be mixed and matched throughout the collection as well as the unique one of a kind look due to the details of artistic and ethnic medallions, mixed media pocket and sleeve touches.
This season’s collection has gorgeous pieces that can sit well enough on their own like a great pair of trousers or a feminine blouse that you can own and wear for a long time mixing it up or down with other items in your wardrobe.
Taking a well deserved bow for a beautiful collection.
An after show congratulations for a fabulous Spring/Summer 2018 show.
