Es algo que est\u00e1 en todas partes. Esto me oblig\u00f3 a tuitear recientemente lo siguiente: \u00abTodo gira en torno a los MACRO datos en estos d\u00edas, pero nunca debemos olvidar los puntos de contacto humanos de los negocios, eso es lo que los consumidores recuerdan de su marca\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Este tweet provoc\u00f3 una gran discusi\u00f3n; el seguimiento incluy\u00f3 estas preguntas: \u00bfc\u00f3mo llega su marca a las personas? \u00bfC\u00f3mo comunica la promesa de su marca a sus clientes? \u00bfCu\u00e1les son las expectativas de sus productos y servicios? Sorprendentemente, muchos no ten\u00edan la respuesta&#8230; y las respuestas a estas preguntas son realmente la clave de su marca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es exactamente su marca?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Su marca NO se trata de macro datos, de su declaraci\u00f3n de misi\u00f3n, del tweet o el mensaje de Facebook inteligente, de su producto, sitio web o incluso de un anuncio en la televisi\u00f3n.
