Para mi cliente fue muy emocionante el poder asignar recursos para un empleado nuevo y al mismo tiempo ellos sintieron presi\u00f3n de encontrar el candidato perfecto en un tiempo adecuado.<\/p>\n<p>Ellos no pod\u00edan cometer ning\u00fan error que le quitara productividad y ganancia a la empresa. Consientes de esto, tomamos una serie de pasos, invirtiendo tiempo de antemano, para una decisi\u00f3n con la que pudi\u00e9ramos vivir durante un largo periodo.<\/p>\n<p>Pens\u00e9, \u201cEs el momento perfecto del ano para pensar en contratar un empleado\u201d. Muchos de ustedes miraran hacia el futuro al a\u00f1o que comienza con ideas nuevas y posibilidades como las adicionar el nuevo empleado a su equipo de trabajo para crecimiento e innovaci\u00f3n. Hay muchos personas buscando trabajo que cuentan con buena educaci\u00f3n y destrezas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta usted preparado para encontrar la persona mas compatible para su empresa, durante un proceso simple?<\/p>\n<p>Antes de ofrecer mi ayuda en este tema, quiero que usted sepa que en el pasado he tenido obst\u00e1culos en el camino del proceso de contrataci\u00f3n. Tal vez usted se pueda identificar con algunos. He perfeccionado mi sondeo, entrevistas y mis capacidades de manejo de recursos humanos y me complace compartirlos a ustedes en unos pocos pasos a seguir.<\/p>\n<p>Primero voy a asumir que usted sabe que antes que nada debe construir una gran descripci\u00f3n del trabajo y que lo debe publicar en varias localidades, incluyendo su propia pagina de LinkedIn.
