Sebastian Paredes is a driven entrepreneur and founder of Interlix Staffing, a company redefining the staffing industry by connecting elite remote professionals and software developers from Latin America with U.S. based companies. A Babson College graduate on a full scholarship to the nation’s #1 school for entrepreneurship, he has honed his vision for empowering communities. He is committed to uplifting his community by providing remote work opportunities in Latin America. In his free time, Sebastian competes as a professional rap battler under the name CHESCO, sharing his passion for music and entrepreneurship. He believes deeply in inspiring others, especially immigrants, to uplift and strengthen the Latin American community.

Eva M. Fernández, PhD, is a higher education leader with experience fostering faculty effectiveness in teaching, deepening learning through experiential education, strengthening institutions through shared governance, and forging institutional and community partnerships. She has served as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Mercy University and as Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost at the Stella and Charles Guttman Community College, in the City University of New York (CUNY). Previously, at Queens College, she held a progression of roles culminating in Associate Provost for Innovation and Student Success. Dr. Fernández has received funding for evidence-based institutional interventions from federal agencies and private foundations, including the National Science Foundation, the United States Department of Education, the Petrie Foundation, and the New York City Department of Small Business Services.

Denise L. Berkhalter, APR, is National Director of Communications for Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE.com). A Mississippi native, she has three decades of experience in mass communication fields, including as a longtime digital news editor, newspaper editor, reporter, freelance writer, graphic designer, and public relations professional. She is incoming president of the No Fear Finances Board of Directors, a nonprofit in Alabama, and a member of the Public Relations Society of America, National Association of Black Journalists, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Troy University Montgomery, where she earned her Master of Management degree, and Jackson State University, where she obtained a bachelor’s in mass communication with a PR emphasis. Art Amler, executive HR consultant & founder of Amler Associates. He's an outstanding professional in the field of Human Resources, Art has over 35 years of experience in Senior HR Management with special expertise in Compensation and Benefits. Art was an Executive Director at IBM until 2007 and transitioned to Ricoh Production Services as Vice President Human Resources.
