Art Amler, executive HR consultant & founder of Amler Associates. He's an outstanding professional in the field of Human Resources, Art has over 35 years of experience in Senior HR Management with special expertise in Compensation and Benefits. Art was an Executive Director at IBM until 2007 and transitioned to Ricoh Production Services as Vice President Human Resources. Today Art is founder and President of Amler Associates offering a wide variety of Human Resource Consulting within the New York Metropolitan region. Art has also served as a consultant for several U.S. Federal agencies on compensation including such agencies as the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, and the FDIC.
