Discover Bali Adventure Retreat- It’s About Wellness & Beauty
Don’t miss this one of a kind retreat September 16, 2023!
Last year I had the honor of visiting Indonesia. I had the pleasure of venturing through three islands: Nusa Penida, Gili Traiwan and Bali. Nicknamed “the Island of the Gods”, Bali must be one of the most spectacular places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.
Although most Indonesian islands are mostly of Muslim faith, The Balinese culture is mostly comprised of individuals of mostly Hindu or Buddhist faiths. Bali is home to an incredible amount of ancient temples and structures that were dedicated to gods found in the Hindu religion, such as Vishnu, Brahma, and Shiva.
Due to their highly spiritual background, you may find some of the most incredible ancient temples in Bali. Because there are so many temples Bali has gained the nickname “the Island of the Gods”.
You can feel the spirituality that runs through the everyday life of Balinese people. In the mornings, there is an offering made (canang sari) that may be comprised of food, flowers, incense or even money. These offerings are done to express gratitude for the gods and for blessing them.
Indonesia is a combination of islands and archipelagos. It is comprised of more than 18,000 islands, with around 6,000 of them being inhabited. And although each island is unique, Bali is a tropical paradise that is home to incredible landscapes, a unique culture and a very spiritual atmosphere.
Bali has a very diverse feel, as you can visit temples, feel inner peace and commune with the gods, but also explore breathtaking beaches, a vibrant culture and amazing nightlife.
This is why we chose to have Bali as the location for our next Yoga Adventure retreat!

During this one in a kind experience, we will swim with Manta Rays and sea turtles, experience a sound healing meditation, practice yoga in beautiful locations, connect deeper to yourself and be immersed in a culture where gods are thought to be omnipresent and where daily worshiping at home temples is regularly done by the locals.
We will be visiting temples such as Uluwatu, Monkey Forest and Tanah Lot Temples. These temples, which are still used to worship, are proof of the inherent faith and devotion of the Balinese culture. In these places there is an incredible amount of spiritual energy.
Join us September 16-26 for an adventure you’ll never forget!
