5keys to receiving wisdom through your dreams:

1.   Know without a doubt that you dream

Even if you don’t remember them, and that your dreams carry information from your subconscious mind. Because they DO!

2.   Set an intention before you go to sleep regarding what you want to know.

And include in that intention that you will remember your dreams upon awakening.

3.   Journal about your dreams until you start to remember them, no matter how long it takes.

Your perseverance will pay off. I promise!

4.   Every character in your dream is a reflection of a personality trait that you either need to don or that you need to develop.

So ask yourself, “What are the main characteristics that I know about and/or see in this person?”

5.   As you are describing your dream in your journal, ask yourself about each symbol, “What is this trying to tell me? What does this mean?”

Write the answers to these questions down even if they don’t make sense to you at first. Dreams are wisdom given to you by your subconscious mind, told as stories depicted through a symbolic language. Every symbol holds a key to the map of whatever you are exploring.

Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”

So don’t just walk away from your bed in the morning knowing you’ve had a good night’s rest. Instead, wake away from your dreams knowing the pieces of your Purpose Map™ and the ways in which your life can benefit from the meaningful messages that lie dormant in the depths of your innermost self.
