The Road to Friendships Is Long But Narrow

“No Judgment” zone

The “No Judgment” Zone has to be one of the most important of all areas when it comes to friendships.

This is the part of shame or better yet, no shame.  Here is where the rubber meets the road of life.  This is where you can share your most intimate truths and feel safe from shame, failure, rejection, and know that you will be accepted regardless of the choices you may have made in the past or how you might be feeling at the moment.

Real friends may get angry at you, but they will still love you and accept you in the end.  Here is where you can share your thoughts in a “safe zone” and know you will come out the other side facing the sun again.

My mother often said, she could count her friends on one hand. She was right.  Acquaintances, there may be many, friends are few.  So find your friends, knowing the road is narrow, make your memories, laugh, cry and always capture that picture for years to come.
