Meet Christina D’Elosua Lambert, 2024 Hispanic Woman of Distinction, West Palm Beach City Commissioner, Chief Administrative Officer Gordon & Partners

Christina D’Elosua Lambert has dedicated her career as a devoted public servant and leader. She serves as a City Commissioner for West Palm Beach and is the Chief Administrative Officer at Gordon & Partners.
Born in Melbourne, FL, Christina proudly embraces her Mexican and Portuguese heritage.
In her six years as a WPB City Commissioner, Christina has been instrumental in driving initiatives to enhance community well-being, public safety, affordable housing and prosperity. Further her role in attracting businesses to WPB has led to the creation of over 3,600 jobs throughout the county and particularly for the ever-growing Latin Quarter.
Christina’s commitment to inclusivity is evident as she actively engages with diverse communities, organizes meetings, and collaborates with Hispanic and faith-based leaders. She has advocated for significant public and private investments in community development, infrastructure, and revitalization projects totaling over $900 million.
Beyond her role as a City Commissioner, Christina oversees administrative operations at Gordon & Partners, ensuring the firm’s success and the smooth functioning of their nearly 150 employees.
Her personal and professional dedication extends to mentoring young women and supporting young mothers in need.
Christina has held several community and professional leadership positions, her efforts have been recognized through numerous awards and endorsements, highlighting her impact and dedication to improving her community.
As a Hispanic woman, Christina leverages her unique experiences and cultural background to advocate for the needs of the Hispanic community. She steadfastly addresses systemic inequities and ensures that diverse voices are heard. Inspired by the resilient Hispanic mothers in her neighborhood, Christina remains committed to fostering an inclusive and prosperous West Palm Beach for all its residents.
