Meet Yoly Magana-Valencia, 2024 Hispanic Woman of Distinction, Wealth with Yoly & Latinas Who Trade

Yoly Magaña-Valencia is an Enterprise Market Planner in Global Occupier Services at Cushman & Wakefield, a leading commercial real estate firm.
With nearly 20 years of experience in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), she is the National Co-Chair for the “Hispanic and Latino Advancement ERG”, which drives successful chapter launches across the U.S. and Canada. Beyond her corporate role, Yoly’s community work also has earned recognition for her. This includes features in “Negocios Now” and “Who’s Who.” She also earned the “Workforce Impact Award” from Prospanica.
As Director of Education for Prospanica’s Summer Enrichment Program, Yoly demonstrates her leadership and commitment to education and social service. Yoly has also been nominated for the “Negocios Now 40 under 40,” as well as “Extraordinary Latina” in the “Connecting Community” category.
Her achievements have also been highlighted by “BE Latina News Media,” and “Voyage Miami Magazine.” It is apparent that Yoly is driven by a passion to uplift underserved communities! Yoly also founded, “Latinas Who Trade,” and “Wealth with Yoly.” These initiatives are aimed at educating and providing resources for investing and building generational wealth.
As a contributing author in “Today’s Inspired Latina,” and “Latinas in Real Estate,” as part of their volume series, she is also a Certified Yoga Teacher, who believes in the importance of community involvement for one to achieve personal and leadership development. Yoly graduated with honors from DePaul University with an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment, and she holds a BA in Business Administration.
In her personal life, Yoly has been married to her husband of over 28 years, and she has two daughters, a son, and a grandbaby. She says that her family inspires her daily to make a positive impact in society. Passionate about education and social service, Yoly Magaña-Valencia is a leader who inspires through both her words and actions.
