Meet 2024 Hispanic Woman of Distinction, Sandra Noemi Torres, Founder and CEO, United Latinas

Sandra Noemi Torres is a high-impact speaker, leader, business strategist, and marketing expert with a deep passion for human potential, neuroscience, and mental well-being.
Born in Puerto Rico, Sandra is a best-selling author and speaker that brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development. She is renowned for her expertise in go-to-market strategies and increasing market share. Over the past six years, Sandra has spoken both in-person and virtually at numerous events where she has trained and inspired countless individuals.
Sandra is the visionary behind Sandra Noemi & Co. LLC (SNCO) d/b/a Plan Your Company, afull-service strategic creative marketing and advertising agency. At SNCO, she leads a team that offers a comprehensive range of digital marketing solutions, website design and management, social media campaigns, advertising management, and professional training. Sandra’s innovative approach and strategic thinking have driven significant growth for businesses, always prioritizing integrity, innovation, and client satisfaction.
In addition to her agency work, Sandra is the founder of United Latinas an organization dedicated to empowering Latina women through public speaking programs, group support, professional development as well as leadership and business coaching.
United Latinas has created and organized more than 150 powerful annual virtual and live events, providing invaluable resources, networking opportunities and support to its members and attendees. Sandra also created Latina Speakers Directory and NeuroLatinas which offers members additional opportunities to expand their personal growth.
As an accomplished author, Sandra published notable works such as “The Life Agreement,” “Extraordinary Latinas,” and “Goal Getter’s Diary.” Her books reflect her commitment to personal growth, leadership, and empowerment to help her readers achieve their goals.
Sandra also serves on the board of the Hispanic Heritage Chamber of Commerce and continues to champion the cause of Hispanic heritage and business excellence.
